Graduate

A graduate of Dartmouth Medical School with a residency at Yale University, Dr. Latifzai realized early that preventing chronic disease and maximizing lifelong wellness could make as much difference as life-saving procedures in the ER. This insight led him to co-found Rocky Mountain Regenerative Medicine, where he combines stem cell therapy and non-surgical orthopedics to help individuals heal from pain and injury while optimizing cognitive function.

Today, Dr. Latifzai serves not only elite and amateur athletes but also busy professionals seeking to preserve and enhance their vitality. An affiliate of the Cell Surgical Network and author of several published articles, he champions cutting-edge interventions—ranging from advanced biologics to comprehensive hormone and nutritional strategies—so his patients can thrive at every stage of life.

Areas of Expertise

Specializes in regenerative medicine, stem cell therapy, longevity medicine, and extensive biomarker interpretation, drawing on his Emergency Medicine background to provide minimally invasive solutions for pain, injury recovery, and comprehensive health optimization. He combines non-surgical orthopedics, advanced biologics, hormone and nutritional strategies, and in-depth biomarker analysis to help athletes and high-performing professionals maintain peak vitality, improve cognitive function, and reduce the risk of chronic diseases.

Sarah brings nearly two decades of medical experience to Rocky Mountain Regenerative Medicine. After earning her B.S. in Biochemistry from Tufts University, she completed her physician assistant training at Weill Cornell Medical College and built a strong foundation in general, vascular, and orthopedic surgery. Over time, she expanded her expertise into regenerative and functional medicine, completing advanced training in IV therapy, regenerative procedures, and psychedelic-assisted therapy at Naropa University.

While she recognizes that surgery has an important time and place, her years in the operating room also revealed how often patients required interventions for conditions that might have been prevented. This perspective deepened her commitment to regenerative and functional medicine—addressing root causes early, supporting the body’s innate healing process, and helping patients preserve long-term health and vitality. At RMRM, her clinical focus includes biomarker-driven optimization, hormone and longevity therapies, and regenerative interventions that move beyond symptom management toward lasting vitality.

Outside of her medical practice, Sarah is a certified yoga teacher in both the ShambhavAnanda and Kundalini traditions, as well as a massage therapist. She enjoys exploring the outdoors with her two sons, creating jewelry, and spending time hiking, skiing, sailing, and attending live music.

Colleen began her journey in traditional family medicine before joining the RMRM team in January 2018. Driven by a desire to provide her patients with comprehensive, root-cause solutions, she quickly embraced a holistic and integrative approach to healthcare. Colleen holds a BSN from Fairfield University and an MSN from Regis University. She is an active member of the American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine and a certified menopause practitioner through The Menopause Society (formerly NAMS).

Throughout her tenure at RMRM, Colleen’s role has evolved significantly. While continuing to work clinically—particularly with women experiencing perimenopause and menopause—she also oversees operations, manages the clinic’s teams, and ensures the smooth day-to-day running of RMRM. Her leadership focuses on cultivating strong partnerships within the community, establishing complementary collaborations, and fostering exceptional, personalized relationships with every patient.

Colleen’s clinical expertise centers around hormone replacement therapy, autoimmune disorders, and enhancing athletic performance. She believes passionately in uncovering and treating the root cause of symptoms through detailed history-taking, thorough diagnostics, tailored treatment plans, and building trust between patient and provider.

Colleen entered the medical field in 2008, initially specializing in emergency medicine. Witnessing firsthand the limitations of treating symptoms in isolation led her to regenerative and functional medicine. Her professional experience also includes hospital medicine, family practice, medical missions in underserved countries, and dedicated care for underserved populations at home.

Outside of her professional life, Colleen loves exploring the Rocky Mountains with her husband and children—whether hiking, skiing, or cycling. She also enjoys cooking healthy meals and attending live music events.

Audrey brings nearly 20 years of experience in acute care nursing, the vast majority of which was in emergency departments in Washington, Alaska, and Colorado. That experience has impressed upon her that clients are best served in a proactive manner. Direct, purposeful, and timely action can prevent symptoms from ever emerging rather than passively waiting for disease to direct one’s life.

She is particularly interested in individualized treatments, developed collaboratively with client input as such plans tend to be most sustainable over the long term. Audrey strongly believes that development of personal relationships with clients is integral to treatment success.

She received her BSN from the University of Washington and maintains advanced credentials in acute care nursing. Outside the office, Audrey lives to be outside with her husband and two young boys – running, hiking, gardening and skiing. She’s proud to have canoed the Yukon River. Also dear to her heart are wooden jigsaw puzzles, jam bands, and a good local beer.

Kendra joined the RMRM team in 2020, with nearly 20 years of nursing experience already to her name. She earned a Bachelor of Science from Concordia College in Minnesota and has spent the majority of her career in emergency medicine, gaining valuable experience working with a diverse population. A pivotal takeaway from all that experience was that the healthcare she strived to promote in the hospital, operated more like sickcare or disease-care. In an effort to foster a more sustainable and health-conscious lifestyle, she shifted her focus to functional and integrative medicine. She continues to find great purpose in helping others advocate for their own health, and ultimately improve the quality of their lives.

Kendra had an active childhood exploring the beauty of the Pacific Northwest and great plains of the Midwest. She continued her love of movement in earning honors in both collegiate soccer and track and field. Kendra moved to the beautiful state of Colorado after graduation and fell in love with the sport of triathlon. She raced several Ironman World Championships in Kona, Hawaii and later went on to win Ironman Canada in 2012. These experiences have imparted on Kendra an appreciation for the human condition and the importance of personal health. She believes our health is a privilege and our best investment in attaining longevity.

Away from the office, she continues to practice wellness and finds value in community and strives to try new things. She finds great joy in spending time with her husband, three young boys and two dogs at their home in Hygiene, CO. She appreciates genuine connection whether in nature, with friends, food or with a good book!

Julie is a registered nurse, formally in emergency medicine, and joined the RMRM team in February 2021. A lifelong runner, hiker, and dog-lover, she has been optimizing her own health with functional medicine for over ten years. Julie decided to make the switch from consumer to practitioner at RMRM because of the incredible vision, scope of practice, credentials, and personalities of Drs. Eliopoulos and Latifzai, and Colleen Grady, NP. Julie finds it exciting to practice nursing on the forefront of medicine, using cutting edge treatments, and supporting clients as they take control of their health and optimize their lives.

Julie holds a BS from Baker University, a BSN from Carroll University, and a M.Ed. from Lesley University. She has three adult daughters, one granddaughter, one husband, and two to eight dogs depending on who’s visiting.

Brianne joined the RMRM team in October 2025. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Biology from Simpson College in 2002 and her bachelor’s degree in Nursing from Grand View University in 2004. With more than 20 years of nursing experience, she has worked in pediatric oncology and bone marrow transplant, adult oncology, integrative health, and functional medicine.

An active childhood—filled with sports, outdoor activities, and parents who emphasized healthy
nutrition—laid the foundation for Brianne’s lifelong commitment to wellness. While at Simpson
College, she competed in both cross country and track, deepening her appreciation for
maintaining a healthy body to perform at optimal levels.

Brianne is drawn to the philosophy of care at RMRM, believing that healthcare should prioritize
disease prevention, longevity, and overall quality of life. She values individualized,
patient-centered care and feels that RMRM’s approach offers far greater benefits than the
traditional, standardized model common in much of Western medicine.

Family is Brianne’s greatest joy. She and her husband share six children—four boys and two
girls—along with a cat and a dog. If she isn’t at the latest sporting or school event you can find
her spending time in the great outdoors hiking, riding her bike, skiing, or gardening.

Her lifelong passion for fitness, health, and wellness continues to shape both her personal life
and professional practice.

Morgan joined the RMRM team in January 2024, embarking on a new career path after teaching 9th grade World History for a year. Despite transitioning from education, her passion for making a positive impact remained unwavering. That’s why she eagerly embraced the role of Customer Service Administrator at RMRM, dedicated to ensuring every visitor has an exceptional experience on their journey to better health. Morgan is excited to leverage her skills and knowledge in this role, while also learning from her colleagues and forging meaningful connections within the organization.

With a bachelor’s degree in Adolescent Education from Keuka College, specializing in Social Studies and Special Education, Morgan brings a diverse background to her role. Having played collegiate soccer at Keuka she continues in her love for all things active. Outside of work, you can find her enjoying a round of golf, creating artwork, spending quality time with loved ones, or taking her pups for adventures at the dog park.
