Your Guide to Harvesting, Banking & Deploying Your Stem Cells With RMRM

BOOK AN APPOINTMENT

Congratulations on your decision to harvest and bank your stem cells. Your personal stem cells will never be younger or more effective than they are today, and taking this step is one of the most proactive investments you can make in your long-term health.

This guide walks you through everything you need to know: from your banking day, to ordering your cells when you’re ready for a deployment.

1. Getting Started with American Cell Technology (ACT)

RMRM partners with American Cell Technology (ACT) to harvest and store your stem cells securely. Here are the key resources you’ll need:

2. On Your Banking Day

The day of your harvest, ACT will set you up with everything you need to get started. Here’s what to expect:

  1. You’ll receive an email from ACT with your login credentials for the Client Portal.
  2. Save your Client ID and password (you’ll need these for future orders).
  3. Log in and complete the New Client Consent Form: fill in your selections, provide payment information, and electronically sign and submit.
  4. No need to worry about the Infectious Disease Form. RMRM will handle uploading those results when they come in.

3. After 6 Weeks: Your Cells Are Ready

Once ACT has processed your cells, they’ll be available in storage and ready to request. This is a great time to review your storage and access options:

Bio-Insurance Plans

The Bio-Insurance Plan is our most recommended option for clients who want to maximize the value and accessibility of their cells:

  • Discounted pricing — pre-pay for cells upfront at a reduced rate
  • Faster access — cells can be delivered within 48–72 hours of your request, versus a 3-week lead time without a plan
  • Better cell management — ACT can more actively manage your cell lines, yielding more cells throughout your lifespan

4. Annual Storage Programs

Pre-pay for a set number of storage years at a locked-in discounted price (a smart way to protect your investment long-term).

You can review both options directly on the ACT Client Portal or by calling ACT at (844) 832-5252.

5. How to Order Your Stem Cells

Please note: Standard orders require a 3-week lead time. If you have a Bio-Insurance Plan, your cells can be expedited within 48–72 hours.

When you’re ready to schedule a deployment, here’s the step-by-step ordering process:
